Yes! Congrats! It is the slug. The place they're located at are the Shikkotsu Forest/Woods (it's 1 am and I'm sure I'm butchering the spelling.) The 6 paths were in a way represented by the different pains. They have to do with Buddhist theology and don't really have to do with animals/summoning animals (well, except the animal path... (Chikushōdō)...you don't really learn much about the different paths unless you read up on it be it in manga or on the wikis etc Anyhow, revealing too much more might be a spoiler IDK. But it's a fascinating concept, IMHO. Anyhow, tbh one could have theoretically,many animal as a sage as sage mode uses nature energy and thus, any animal could technically be one to hone said powers. PS. Kakashi's dogs are summons but not sage related, just "nin-ken"

The show runs on plot devices like most anime’s u can’t just defy what happens as evidence of a characters skills and label it a plot device when it benefits you I can say several things that happen to a bunch of characters surviving or getting power up’s are plot devices. But that takes away from the show and arguments. He might be able to take down sasuke at this point but not Itachi with his experience if he was alive. Obviously what ur saying is true about plot but even Naruto and several others have survived situations and got random power up’s due to plot

This is just another comment in favour of watching in pure order. Some filler episodes can be terrible & hard to watch but can have key moments that relate & set a real tone for the story. These episodes inparticular are important because they help define who these characters are. Those incredible Naruto feelings that you get, the goosepimples on your arm, the pillow holding. Its hit your ninja heart, right here. Plenty of action there too, so please, absolutely no reason to skip. For example, Naruto had already met Utakata in filler episodes before they meet again with all the jinchūriki.

Skipping Kakashi’s extremely important, CANON backstory to move on to the most inconsistent arc in the entire anime is actually insane. Idk who recommended this to you guys, but if any “filler” this is the one you needed to watch. It’s barely considered a filler and debated to be one of the best arcs in the series piecing together a lot of history.

I also wonder about the sages mode after seeing Kabuto did it for the 1st time,im curious as hell like u do,as far as we know there is Toad Sage and Snake Sage.The high probability there is also Slug Sage for Tsunade.Toad Sage chooses Jiraiya,Orochimaru choosen (i guess since he is sannin and control Manda Snake) ,but Kabuto found the Cave so he must be begging The Snake sage to teach him (luckily he is talented).I think there is Sage mode for all summon animals like dog,monkey,clam,chameleon etc..BUT not all choosen or have the capability to even learn or yet mastered it.So i leave it at that.

He doesn't want to kill Sasuke, and he is fighting an Edo that can't die. Only reason Itachi wins is bc of plot. That's it. There is nothing in his arsenal that can compete with Sage Kabuto. For how many times you comment on these videos, your knowledge and ability to scale is weak. Sasuke gets fodderized by Kabuto. Itachi loses, and so do the Kage. This fight is old news, and has been done multiple times. Either bring feats and scale properly or quit yapping.

Actually, Madara killing his brother to get his eyes is what Itachi said to sasuke, but Tobi told sasuke that he gave his eyes to Madara. So that moment of him remembering his brother is actually more significant. Also another fun fact. WAAAAYYYY back when tsunade and jiraiya and orochimaru and naruto and kabuto fought, Tsunade used the 100 healings jutsu but only for a breif moment to heal because she was weakened.

Y'all should go back to the Itachi & Sasuke fight & rewatch the scene where Orochimaru emerges. There is a key frame for a split second that reveals how Itachi really feels. I didn't even notice it myself until this year & I've been a lifelong Naruto fan. But it would be cool to hear your thoughts or see some reaction to it before these next upcoming couple episodes. You'll know what I'm referencing once you see it, it's when Orochimaru says he wants to take Sasuke's body. Watch closely!

The most important thing is when you watch it not when you release it. Ideally yes but the poll is something they heavily utilized to see what shows to start next in the past and have for the most part gone with that decision. Their platform has grown because they watched what the people want to watch and they reacted to that. At this point it’s kinda weird to ask for a pole if they’re going to do what they want anyway. If they did that in the beginning when they were trying to grow would they be where they’re at now? Who knows. That’s what Ron was saying. Let’s say Michelle and Ron really didn’t want to watch the fillers but the pole voted yes. Would that be cool for them to ignore the pole and do what they want? When we thought Tobi was Madara we learned that he got his eyes from his brother, and we assumed that he took them maliciously. But Sasuke ended up learning that his brother gave his eyes to Madara willingly. Tobi was telling this to Sasuke because his situation mirrored Madara's, in that he thought itachi was taking HIS eyes but really he was giving sasuke his own. That's why it flashed Sasuke's image, because the eternal mangekyo sharingan, the mangekyo sharingan that's perfected by merging with the eyes of another sharingan user - is the knowledge that Madara passed down among the Uchiha. That's what he means by his legacy is hatred, because it drove the Uchiha to kill each other

I don't think there are specifically six animal sages. The way I see it, animals are much closer to nature than humans, which is probably why they have a better understanding of how to manipulate nature's energy. However, because all animals are different, they each have their own unique ways of absorbing and utilizing this energy. For example, when the frogs taught Naruto, they showed him their way of using Nature's energy, while the snakes taught Kabuto differently. Dogs, slugs, and other creatures likely have their own methods as well. So, I imagine there are probably more than six, especially considering how many different summons we've already seen.
