That's not what he meant I think. He probably meant that having 2 Rinegans and wood release makes him a lot more overpowered than his past self who faught Hashirama and he's right. We do know that being reanimated nerfs characters in some ways but doesn't in other ways like with Itachi being a lot stronger reanimated. Technically Madara is a lot stronger than Hashirama here

About madara not disappearing after reanimation was released is because he knew the signs as he mentioned. How does he know? Kabuto told him as a fail safe. Basically in case anything happens to kabuto, madara would still be there to carry out the plan. Although it's not shown in the anime but only kabuto knew the signs until Itachi put him under genjutsu. So it makes sense how come madara knew as well

All reanimations have that kunai thing in them that allows Kabuto control over their actions. Despite the freedom madara has, he could not just undo the reanimation or attack Kabuto. It was an even bigger risk when he found out Pain is dead and he cannot be brought back with Rinne Rebirth as he had originally planned. I’m sure he had it in mind to release it at some point, but to just play along was the smarter choice for someone as calculating as him

@Arman Alihodzic - I don't know if you are manga reader or an animé-only, but as an animé-only, it was very tough to guess who Tobi was. He could be anyone (an Uchiha? Not an Uchiha like Danzo or Kakashi and their Sharingan?Someone alive ?Someone dead who came back to life?). Also, you have to remember that back in the day, many fillers would air in-between canon episodes and so the possibility of forgetting one character or mixing up canon/filler was very high. I watched almost every single filler from Naruto and Naruto Shippuden (without knowing that they were fillers) so up to this point, I had no idea who Tobi was. I just got spoiled on YouTube right before the reveal. Also, having watched their reactions, I can assure you that they have suspected every single Uchiha they've seen on the screen to be Tobi. Every single one haha. And even other characters that were not an Uchiha.

Having completed the whole Naruto Shippuuden, i still think (pretty sure) Orochimaru is the most evil villain in Naruto/Shippuuden. I think i know what you mean at 43:40, but i think you understand it wrong. Orochimaru is evil, but looking at him right now, he's a villain which has been 'defeated', he's a challenge completed. So he seems irrelevant as a villain, compared to Tobi/Madara, which are current villains that haven't been defeated and pose a threat.

Kabuto explained earlier in the war that certain reanimations got more freedom because of there personality traits. If you were a ninja that would have sided with their plans anyways he let them be themselves, like madara for example there was no need to fully control him because this was all his plan anyways.

I would say the reason he didn't cancel the reanimation jutsu is because Kabuto was not controlling or trying to control Madara. Madara was just doing what he wanted to do. Having said that it is a bit of an asspull.
