Very Gintama lol. Anyway, Grey's big person transformation is actually Matsuko Deluxe, a very well-known television personality in Japan. He is a chunky gay man that cross-dresses, usually wearing long dresses, hair in a bun, nice jewelry and makeup. When I think of famous LGBT+ people in Japan, it's definitely Matsuko Deluxe. You could not escape Matsuko in the 2010s.
