For ex, When Daki TRIED to cut off Nezukos head she didn't die but that was cuz she used her blood to keep it attached so in the Spider Arc last Season that one Lower Rank demon cut his sisters head off but she didn't die cuz Demons can't kill other demon. That's why she kept telling Nezuko that she was gonna expose her to the sun. VS using the sword to cut their necks(aka Weak Point). And everything about the Wisteria was correct. lol.

Nichirin swords are made from an ore that absorbs sunlight which is why cutting off their heads works for them. Wisteria is also somewhat poisonous to demons which is why they avoid it and it's the demon slayer corp logo
