My theory is that since Iris have a piece of all the forces in her, it made her become resistant to things such as the time changes that the Reverse Flash was doing. Also because she didn’t change with the time like everyone else, it caused her to get sick.

I see Cecile's decided to use her powers this week..a lot, compared to last week... which was hardly. Looks like Danny Phantom is Iris' new story. And it looks like Iris may end up going to the future after all. Great episode and reaction.
