The terms shojo and seinen as demographic categories for magazines. So it's mostly about their target audience for the magazines where the manga is published. That being said because both mangas of Apothecary diaries were published by a seinen magazine it is mostly considered as seinen. Just wanted to clarify this^^

These probably are ones you won't get majority request to react to. There are ones that are really old and some are just newer. Fushigi Yuugi, Kamisama Kiss, Kakuriyo -Bed & Breakfast for Spirits, The Twelve Kingdoms. There's Noragami too but I think there is a chance that you could be requested to react to it in future.

And ending song "Hitorigoto" is by Omoinotake who sung the Ending song"Tsubomi" for My Hero Academia S7. I love both these songs as the lyrics resonate with the story.❤️ After finishing this season, I highly recommend watching both these 2 songs full version with the lyrics. You'll feel the song so much more.🥹

The singer is familiar maybe because he sang the intro for Fire Force season 1. The band is Mrs. GREEN APPLE; they might've sung intros/outros for some other anime I can't think of right now.

But if yall are wanting to watch more shoujo, I recommend Snow White with the Red Hair! So much more to come with this season of AD! I also heard they started production for season 3!🙌🏽hopefully that’s true🙏🏽 I loved this story so much I read the manga and then read the light novels. So so so good!
