Michelle! So happy to hear you watching Cherry Magic! It’s so cute haha. You guys were wondering about the term „Boys Love“. I think it’s just the direct translation of the Japanese term for it „shounen ai“. Shounen ai describes just the romantic aspect of male characters falling in love, with the sexual genre being „Yaoi“. You might have seen that floating around the internet somewhere too. So it’s not really a question of if it’s about boys or men. And yes „Girls Love“ exists too and the sexual genre is called „Yuri“.

It didn’t click for me with Suirei at first as well but it keeps you on your toes😆 Fragrant flower! omg another anime/manga I love😍 idk if someone mentioned it already but the Japanese title of the show actually has a play on words with the two mc’s names which is cuteee, definitely recommend continuingg
