Not the same genre Persay but ya’ll really need to watch KINGDOM if u like these time piece anime … it’s action and strategy based but set in like a similar time period … several seasons out already and the new season just dropped a few days ago

I'm so glad you guys watching this show! I can't wait the next season, or everything to be animated, I already caught up with the latest chapter of light novel 🤣🤣🤣 P.S. Jinshi got "hard" is kinda funny but make sense, he didn't have to drink medicine to press his manhood anymore since he was no more eunuch, and he was in a war, it naturally makes men want more to produce their offspring. He said himself that he was surprised he still got that feel lol. Also Maomao said he got more like a man so it triggered his feeling for her HAHA.

I'm so glad both of you enjoyed The Apothecary Diaries! ❤️ Michelle totally nailed it with her guess that the children took the resurrection medicine. Ron trying to jump in and claim both of you guessed it had me laughing! 😂 The intimate romance and cute moments between MaoMao and Jinshi always makes me go crazy and scream with excitement! 😆❤️ Jinshi literally being a flirty spoiled child in front of MaoMao is too damn cute!!!🤭❤️ And MaoMao's reaction is just so MaoMao!🤭😂 And yes, it was actually hinted that the children had taken the resurrection medicine: - Shisui directly said they took 'medicine'. - She also talked about insects and their offspring, which ties into her underlying message. Here’s an interesting fact about the insects she was referring to that might clarify her intentions: Many insects lay eggs before winter, or remain in larval or pupal stages to survive the cold. The adult insects typically die off, while the young enter a dormant state called diapause, where their development pauses until warmer spring temperatures return. Shisui wasn’t being direct, but this was her point: the “corrupted” adults were meant to die, while the children, like the dormant young insects, would survive with the help of the resurrection medicine. MaoMao, hoping Shisui survived, didn’t want her body to be found even when spring came. If you remember in this Season, at the end of Episode 23, there's that moment when the soldier who let MaoMao escape noticed something shiny in the bushes. That’s where Shisui had fallen, and it subtly hinted at her survival. And that shiny object was Jinshi’s silver hairpin, the one MaoMao gave to Shisui. It ended up blocking the bullet that would’ve killed her. Later, when Shisui traded the hairpin away, you can actually see a bullet dent in it, confirming it saved her life.

It’s overrrr😭so bittersweet Thanks for loving this show, loved the reaction through and through💕 Some people have mentioned this but, there was that ending scene previously of the bush shining, was kind of a hint to the bullet hitting the stone of the hair pin😳😆
