I think Kubo already admitted that he wanted a naughty double meaning 🤔 I mean, c'mon, it's the number 69... He knew what he was doing 😆 Hisagi (yes, he's the young boy Kensei rescued from the hollow) admires Kensei and therefore tattooed the number 69 on his left cheek 👀
