2025-11-17 16:08:51 +0000 UTC[Tidbits] - Yumichika's way of partial Zanpaktou release is fascinating, He intentionally insults his Zanpaktou by calling it a name it does not like. A Zanpatou is a part of that person, Yumichika is hiding a part of himself. This means it's unlikely that he'd achieve Bankai anytime soon because he refuses to be his true self. - These Episode are meant to develop side characters by giving you insight into their philosophies and how it correlates to their squads. Yumichika for example would choose death simply because he wants to fight in that squad, we've seen the same behavior from Kenpachi and Ikkaku, they are very selfish characters. If Yumichika had lost, the world of the living would have been in danger, but he doesn't care about that just like how Kenpachi joined Ichigo's team during the soul society invasion. (This his thematic purpose so remember that squad 11 prioritizes person interest over rationality) - An interesting addition to Kira's kill that few people pick up on is that because he increased his weight by so much...gravity does most of the work for his beheading all Kira did was slightly pull the sword, causing abirama's head to slide off like butter. (Funny enough, Kira's release command is "Raise your head" and his blade brings the enemy to their knees with their head lowered before him)

2025-11-13 13:36:36 +0000 UTCFun fact: Wabisuke means " The Penitent One" as it makes its opponent kneel like begging for forgiveness and then execute them. Also while beheading Kira doesn't even need to apply force since once he starts cutting the weight of the neck/head starts to double so the opponent kinda executes themselves in a way.

All he needs to do is to make initial contact with the head and it's weight will double making it fall into the sword, which probably makes it keep doubling over and over until it behead itself. Kira doesn't even need to force anything. As soon as he gets you kneeling. It's literally a death sentence. An execution waiting to happen. True despair.
