Idk if it was theory or fact but someone was telling me that, that was why he was itching , because his body was denying his given quirk that wasn't suited for him. AND the yellow ring quirk he was using to fly around was ALSO his ORIGINAL quirk, That's why when he (shigaraki) was using it, he was using better than any of the other quirks
