2025-11-20 15:36:37 +0000 UTCThe thing is, yes, Naruto is the most famous ninja in the world, but that doesn't mean the world knows everything he's ever done. The two main things Naruto is famous for are that he was the most important ninja in the Fourth Shinobi War and that he was the one who defeated Pain. So the fact that he changed Gaara is, in that sense, somewhat less important. That's probably only something people in Konoha and Sunagakure know about, and even then, only the older generations. So it's not surprising that Boruto has no idea about it, considering that his generation probably only learns about the Fourth Shinobi War and maybe Pain's attack in history class. And yes, the fact that Naruto is almost never home, and that Boruto, as a child, also has a somewhat limited understanding of his father, as Michelle already mentioned, plays a role as well.

Kakashi was like Shinki (worrying about the mission at hand) and Obito was like Boruto (not wanting to abandon his friends). Also I kinda wish some of the filler episodes were canon so you guys can get to see more of the characters powers like Cho Cho I don't wanna spoil in case Michelle wants to watch but its a filler regarding her (episode 67 if interested) also in episode 97 Shikadai asks Temari to teach him wind style which is a really cool episode so you guys can watch that on your own if interested. It's unfortunate that Metal Lee's mother is unknown and they never expound on it. Idk why they didn't just make Ten Ten his mom. It makes the most sense imo but oh well

2025-11-20 07:57:34 +0000 UTCRon I think you're forgetting that not every person is suited for every jutsu or even capable of using more then one or two elements on any real scale or effectively. There is also an element of chakra control limitations with certain elements and jutsu for certain individuals. Also, some are just passed down through clan or family. So with that being said most shinobi will just focus on one or two styles or elements to hone to as close to perfection as they can. That being said all the Boruto characters are young kids. If you notice Shikidai said the wind jutsu used up a ton of his chakra. Just my little rant. You'll find out more as we go about who can or will be able to use different styles or is compatible.

2025-11-20 03:06:23 +0000 UTCShikadai will be a beast once he incorporates more Wind Style into his strategies. I love the concept of the next generation improving upon old jutsu and traditions. Hinata is the second youngest ninja to invent a jutsu with the twin lion fist so you can only imagine what Himawari could’ve created if she ever wanted to seriously become a ninja. Shinki also knows puppet jutsu like Kankuro. They showed it in the movie but haven’t revealed it in the anime yet. If this show got a better team to consistently animate it the characters and story would get so much more respect. (Also wished Kiba had a child, I have faith he’d be cool if he developed a true“werewolf” mode or transformation jutsu with elemental jutsu.) they should let me write the manga tbh
