Btw, I'm not sure if you picked up on this, but Zanka's VA is Inosuke and Enjin's VA is Tengen 😅 And actually, there's nothing particularly special about why Rudo or Enjin are givers, Ron. In theory, anyone could become a giver. It's like Enjin said in this episode: everyone is capable of taking very good care of a specific object (so much so that it could even become a vital instrument), but most people just can't manage it. Probably because it requires too much effort.
