Hey guys the words protagonist and antagonist are not synonymous with hero and villain. Protagonist just simply means whoever the story is focusing on, the main character(s). Whether the main character is a "good person " or a "bad person," if the story is about them they're still the protagonist. The antagonist is whoever is opposing the main character. They might be making Eren seem like a "villain" this season but he's still the protagonist because he's the main character.

I just had this thought. Eren has been a Titan for 9 years which means he only has 4 years left. I wonder if by eating the War Hammer Titan, has his remaining time been increased somewhat or does he still have 4 years left because he’s still under the 13 year curse no matter what? We don’t know how long Lara Tybur was the War Hammer, but I was thinking by Eren eating her, does he take away her remaining time as well as her powers, increasing his from 4 years to however long? The only other person we’ve seen so far in the past eat another Titan while having Titan powers himself was Grisha, Eren’s dad, because he ate Frieda, but he was eaten right after. Just a What If theory. Probably wrong though.

I don't think obtaining all the titan powers and then dieing will end the cycle of special titans. I thought marley said somewhere that they want control over who gets the titan powers because if someone dies with it then it is reborn in another citizen of ymir. I could be wrong but thats what I thought was suppose to happen.

About the titan powers getting passed? Yeah I believe so. Season 3 Part 2, on the episode where they found out they die in 13 years.

If they die with the titan powers in them, it's passed along to an eldian that hasn't been born yet. The only way they would be able to get rid of all the titans is if all the eldians died
