They are definitely setting up Deku as the greatest hero if he’s supposed to complete OFA and since it’s “time” apparently it’s almost like he was the one holder the predecessors wanted to bestow OFA’s true capabilities of accessing the predecessors’ quirks and mixing them with OFA. Like could the predecessors see the future of what happens at the end of this story? Could they have got the sign once they died and their spirits/souls was literally inside OFA? Maybe Deku’ll be the one to put an end to All for One forever.

Okay couple of things: Like Tasha, I too noticed when Nine in the movie "Heroes Rising" said Deku is capable of having multiple quirks. I'm not sure if the movie is canon, but they certainly dropped A LOT of Easter eggs (prominence burn, Endeavor with the scar, Deku using air force and having the gloves). This was all midway through season 4. Also the way One For All left Bakugo and went back to Deku, and All Might thanking the previous holders implied that the quirk had a level of sentience. Meaning it's alive and powered by the spirits of the previous holders. Which they confirmed this episode 😁😁😁 All the previous One For All users had quirks. I haven't read the manga, I'm just doing the math. There are 8 previous holders before Deku. The first holder had the quirk to pass on quirks. All Might was quirkless. So if you take those two out then there are 6 left. And the guy this episode that Deku saw in the vision said that Deku will be capable of using 6 quirks. So that means the remaining users all had quirks. So Deku is going to be able to use their quirks, but combined with the added power of One For All. I think Tray is right on All For One's age. The estimations I've seen online is that he between 170-200 yrs old. I don't think he was the first quirk user. Man I can't wait to see where this season and the series goes!!! And you guy's reaction of course.

Thats why Shimura said that in her dream One for All said "it isn't time yet", so the quirk was continuing to grow, but now it is time for Deku to COMPLETE One For All.

The 1st had a quirk, the power to pass on quirks, then All-For-One gave him the Power Stockpiling Quirk. the 2 quirks together formed One-For-All. All-For-One is all twitchy in prison and hearing his brother just like Deku did in his dream and now Deku's got 6 quirks are manifesting!! Poor Deku's got a lot on him.
