each chapter is in a different universe unless the watcher says its a world we already visited, so in this one it was steve in the ice, his story was the same

If I remember correctly, in the Captain America episode when Nick found Peggy, Hawkeye was with him. Hawkeye died in this episode. Steve was probably still Captain America in this episode/universe.
