So, the last 8 or so episodes of season 1 was an anime only storyline, so Yukio's awakening to his Demon powers hasn't happened at this point of this story. That's why no one is treating Yukio as Satan's spawn, since he hasn't shown to have his powers. They mentioned before Yukio gets examined everyday to see if his powers have appeared. Does it make sense that only Rin is getting treated like a monster? Yes and no. People would act like this in real life and treat the twin who has demonic powers as a demon and the normal looking one as normal.
