Yeah, if I were her, I wouldn't have left during the shift. I would have waited after... and I would have unloaded the clip on Carmy lmao. I love him but he used Syd as a crutch and never once asked himself if she was actually strong enough. She wasn't lol.

Her mistake was leaving the pre-order option open, that's it. Richie told her that she gave a blowjob to a food critic for a good review, and it was just another dirty joke that she was supposed to accept. But when after putting up with all Richie's BS throughout the season, Sydney finally lost the plot and mentioned his daughter, she's the one crossing the line? Nah. Absolutely not lol. People are too eager to give grace to male characters while demonizing female ones.

Sydney was out of line for bringing up his daughter when that wasn’t necessary. I like her but she screwed up big time this episode. Especially after the stunt she pulled with the whole preorder situation.
