The Bear did get nominated for and won a ton of Emmys earlier this year, but it was for the show's first season, which came out in June 2022. The second season will be eligible for the Emmys this September (last year's awards got delayed to January of this year because of the SAG/WGA strikes), and it's probably going to clean up again. Jeremy Allen White (Carmy) will win Outstanding Actor again, Ayo Edebiri (Sydney) is a top contender for Outstanding Actress (she won for supporting actress last year), and Ebon Moss-Bachrach (Richie) is probably the favorite to win Outstanding Supporting Actor again. Both Abby Elliott (Natalie) and Liza Colón-Zayas (Tina) are strong contenders to get nominated for Outstanding Supporting Actress. Jamie Lee Curtis is pretty much a lock to win for Outstanding Guest Actress, and I think Jon Bernthal has a pretty good chance to win Outstanding Guest Actor. The show will win for both writing and directing, and seems almost guaranteed to win Outstanding Comedy again (yes, I know it's a little weird that it is categorized as a comedy).
