In the manga the entire lower half of her body is literally laying in a different spot while Shinji holds her. Second when Mashiro said 15 hours for her mask she meant it. Shes special among the Vizards who can usually only mask up for a few minutes. As Kensei tried to warn her, Wonderweiss is so strong that her "15 hours" of Hollowfication drained away just from fighting him for however long she was.
