I don't support abuse in real life but I was glad Daemon yoked her ass up. I took it as him wanting to give her a wakeup call. He was locked in and focused on protecting them and their 7 (now 6) kids. He had a point. That dream (true or not) wasn't going to protect them and you can't keep the realm together if you're dead.

Ultimately, the dragon chooses its rider, but the first one to be in front of Laena's dragon should have been Laena's child, not that melanin-minus litter runt whose fivehead pubertied into his chin. And he did it on the day they buried Laena. Filth. Everything Green is fungus. I wonder if a dragon can change its mind? I feel like Vhagar was in mourning, too, and it wouldn't be the first time a lady made a bad rebound after losing their true love. Maybe say "I rebuke thee" in High Valyrian 3 times and burn the little creep.

2022-10-25 01:17:22 +0000 UTCSame. I didn’t take it as he was trying to be abusive. With everything that just happened? I think it was his fear/grief/worry lashing out. He lost his brother to these Dragon dreams and he love Rhae-Rhae and doesn’t want her to be a slave to something that may never happen and drive her mad. He loves her and (how I took him this whole episode) is very scared and in super protective mode. Like, when she unfortunately went into labor, and he knew that she wanted to do it alone; cuz she was hurting, FURIOUS and wanted/needed pain and screaming. I’d be like her too! In disbelief of what was happening?! To me, It was her way of letting out the anger disappointment, grief, and rage, etc. And then Daemon went straight to what he knew he could do efficiently; straight into protective Husband and loyal-angry brother mode. Planning and readying for revenge. It was so sad. So much grief and loss. How could any of us know how’d we react? Let alone if we had our own personal WMD aka Dragon. I just…ugh…I love this show and care so much!!

Aemond purposefully kills Lucerys in the books but it's interesting how they portrayed it as an accident on the show., but Viserys did tell Rhaenyra that thinking they control the dragons is an illusion in episode 1, it's both Lucerys and Aemonds dragons acted according to their riders emotions since they are bonded to their dragons the dragons can feel what their rider is feeling and acted accordingly despite Aemond and Lucerys telling their dragons to stop.

Fire and Blood is a history book about each Targaryen King, their children and the events that happened during their reign. There's also no point of view chapters for the characters. So I've been loving the season.

2022-10-24 22:31:49 +0000 UTCThe dragon the Deamon was signing is called Vermithor , is only of the untamed dragons he mentioned that live around dragon stone , Vermithor also know as the”Bronze’s Fury “ belong to Deamon’s grandfather the old guy we saw at the beginning of episode 1 (same guy who crowned Viserys heir to the iron throne ) he is large in size but Veaghar (Aemon’s dragon) is still the largest alive

You are right, GRRM (since the fuckery of season 8 & literally being locked out of decision making) he wrote up a new contract and now everything has to pass thru him. which is such a relief!!! but I really love that they are expanding on questions (we all had) in the book...cuz all we got? "and in the clouds a battle ensued and 3 days later, the head and neck of Arrax washed up on the shore’s of Storms End." and the book Fire and Blood is written from the accounts of a Maester, and he admits to not knowing all the details. with that being said? I just love that they are expanding on the ideas and truths that these Dragons??? are actual ANIMALS!!! and just like the King said "the idea that we control the Dragons? is an illusion." and here we saw that while they are bonded, they are still wild animals, not pets. oh I love this show. Arrax wasn't even 10-15 years old, here; and Vhagar? is over 160 and was right there with Aegon the First, to conquer and help bring the Seven Kingdoms to their knees. Oh and miss Tasha? the 3 people who left on DragonBack; were Rhaenys, Jace, and Luc. the other Dragon was Jace, on his Dragon Vermax, the oldest brother. oh I hope this comes out next year AHHH love y'all :) And seeing how everyone deals with grief. Poor Daemon, so much anger and all he wants is a place to unleash it. I can’t imagine what it would be like to lose so much in so little time. A Father, a baby, a son…along with your Fathers promise. Oof. I’d turn around a different person and want Fire and Blood, too.
