Eri is his daughter now, He wants to be here for her and his other students. The tentacles that AFO used to stab Endeavor and Bakugo are what AFO uses to throw All Might around in Camino. He also used them for Forced Quirk Activation. Didn't Bango(?) [the Black Wipe user] say the quirk has awakened and that's why Deku has access to All the past user's quirks?

If you saw in this episode flash back Shimura was still floating and that was when she also had OFA and when we first get introduced to black whip he also was using both quirks. Deku has just been the only one that could use all the quirks in general
