2023-01-14 08:11:03 +0000 UTCHorikoshi (creator of MHA) made a cameo of Chainsaw Man in the manga in Chapter 259 when Fat Gum, Edgeshot, Mt Lady, and the other heroes were outside preparing to attack the villains by surprise (the start of the current arc the anime is on rn). The anime changed his design to “Handsaw Man” in that same scene in the first episode of S6.
