The way I'm understanding it, The 3rd's OFA Quirk "Fa Jin" is like Black Panther's suit. with movement Deku builds up energy that he can release later.

2023-02-26 05:13:13 +0000 UTCVoice-acting wise I don't think the dub is necessary better, but I personally love how they rewrite the dialogue to make it seem more natural and clear, like it was originally written in English instead of being translated from Japanese.
