They turned ya boy Jiji into a Ranma 1/2 character. For those of you who don't know, Ranma 1/2 is an anime that was pretty popular in the 90's. In the anime, Ranma, the main protagonist (and some other characters) gets accidentally cursed after falling into a magical pool of water. The curse is that when exposed to cold water, the person turns into whatever drowned in that particular pool of water. In Ranma's case, it was red-headed girl. So every time Ranma comes into contact with cold water he turns into a girl. Getting exposed to hot water turns him back into a guy. It is actually a dope anime with good comedic moments. The author of Dan Da Dan was clearly a fan. And I didn't find this out till later, but when Jiji starts singing after taking off the head portion of Taro. The song he's singing is actually the opening theme for Ranma 1/2.
