I always found his bankai and shikai to be creepy but they were always so cool, and the fact that he’s never really serious is scary coz he could certainly be one of the strongest squad captains maybe even top 4

That’s the left arm of the Soul King…the one that control progress. It would be like someone fighting and winning and Jesus’ left arm. That’s terrifying power. And his Bankai is perfect representation of his soul…constant adaptability. He’s like Mahoraga. You have to kill him in one blow, before he can adapt to it. He’s even altered his body to perform better. He’s wild!

He used it against Ishida the first time in Soul Society and then again against one of the Espada during the Fake Kakakura Town arc
