Except for the tree Tabitha went through that one always go to the lighthouse for Victors mom. Now things might be different now it seems Tabitha can do the same thing but we only saw her go through one time. Next time might be different. We know for other people it's random. Maybe it's only going to be consistent for Tabitha. But tbh I wouldn't test that if I was her. I also wonder what Julie, Randall and Marielle saw. Julie literally looks like a different person now. Her skin looks different her eyes look different. I thought they were just experiencing pain. But what if they saw what Martin did? Whatever took them was so terrifying they can't remember what happened but their bodies do.
