Agreed. Ppl who hate Cecil just don't like the government in general and only see him as such. And don't give him credit for the plays he makes. Ppl were mad he kept St Clair until his cyborgs saved the heroes from earth monsters or when Omi Mark broke Eve's leg. Cecil was the 1st person Mark called when Eve got impaled. And Cecil always tried council Mark from getting killed like with Anissa. Now he's far from perfect but is a needed strategist. I dislike all the hate he gets.

Yes he works for the government but the man is literally doing the best he can and use all the tools at his disposal to keep people alive. He basically is doing what batman did with the justice league members. If yall ain't mad at batman for keeping some kryptonite around, then give Cecil a break.

Mark still comes from a race of beings capable of world shattering destruction. Cecil still deserves to have certain precautions in place even if its morally wrong. Some of it is definitely extreme and should've been disregarded or handled in a different way but Cecil is lowkey in a difficult position.
