So the psychiatrist was behind choosing who would be there amongst 25,000, "what if" the psychiatrist never chose his wife to come that's why she never ended up on a plane. Because you see how highly she regards him & maybe she was attracted to him & was like let me get rid of his wife and then eventually they could get together.
