The Crew So Far
Added 2024-01-31 19:07:50 +0000 UTCAight so you know how the current ThUG comic is focused on Olga's backstory (started off from her DnD game etc), but we plan on later on having a sort of "main campaign" volume that pulls characters like Ashton and Dahlia into play? Sort of like, we're currently in volume I and volume II will include other blorbos.
Well, Ollie and I were planning on having Staeve have a mention or a cameo (Nita is very much going to be established from volume I) there but then after a bottle of wine each we sorta simultaneously went... wait a minute.... what if he just joins the party. Olga and Kori were already gonna be roaming around and needing more help anyway. And it *is* based on a DnD campaign sorta vibe.
So now yeah in principle whatever we do with this part of the story and whenever we get there, expect?? Staeve ?????

Sorry about the confusion! Unfortunately I sort of operate very chaotically when it comes to sharing lore and characters. A lot of art is tied into comic lore BUT you don't need to read additional material to understand how it ends up connecting, in principle the comic should have all you need. Not for now but there won't be things you'll need to get outside the comic itself! All the side stuff is just me being impatient and excited about working on this world and wanting to share stuff ahead of time :'D

Is a lot of the art on Patreon tied to what’s in the lore dumps? Is there a recommended reading order? Sorry, I’m pretty new to everything on Patreon. I love THUG so much, what I’ve read; I want to make sure I’m caught up correctly!
