Refunds Process

Edit: That's really a sting to see people go, I'm not going to lie. But you do you. I'll continue to work hard regardless of if you join me on this journey or not.

Hello everyone, I've started to issue refunds now for work I haven't been able to complete. As Patreon only allows me to refund a certain amount of months, please let me know your Paypal info so I can complete the rest, otherwise, I am more than happy to do a commission owing to the amount given. I will be changing up Tiers shortly now for 2021 as well. For the lower amount rewards (comics) I do not feel a reason to refund this as comics for the previous months are underway, just delayed. However if you would like to be refunded, I am more than happy to do so.

I'm sorry I've let you down. Unfortunately 2020 was a really bad year for me and really damaged my ability to create and keep on top of what I had planned to do, especially the last few months. I nearly quit Patreon, but I don't want to let everything go to waste either after working so hard on it. I don't want to go into a lot of negative detail about it either, but things like my father being in a mild coma, and family death were big factors in it, as well as a massive crash and burn out from stress. While it's been hard, I'm doing my best to persevere and I am starting by making things right by refunding and I know the amount of time/dedication needed to keep making this successful is more than what I have been able to provide.

My comics are still underway and will be posted up shortly.  Ultimately now, those will be my focus and I will figure out a reward system that will work out much better for me over 2021 to ensure that this doesn't happen again. I just feel like it's excuse after excuse, which is not what you want to hear, and I hate how little control I've had over my RL circumstances. This year was probably the worst absolute year possible for me. Well, by that I mean 2020 as it's only just barely finished. (thankfully!)

Thank you for your understanding and those that have stuck by me for this long, I appreciate it more than you can ever imagine.

Let's hope 2021 is a much kinder, better, year.
