Before the film movements Film Nerd episode, I'm working on a standalone piece on video games as a medium and why they're valuable. I got (obsessively) into Undertale recently and it got me thinking about how most of my IRL friends don't really care about games or understand them and how it's a shame I can't share something that I got so much out of with them. It'll be just as dense as the Film Nerd stuff and super personal (definitely more personal than ep 4, which is the most academic and straightforward episode out of anything I've done) and I think you guys would really enjoy it. I'm definitely having fun writing it.
