Parasocial video part two is going well but three things that have come up I need to get through including are-

-I got the idea to film a fake segment of me vlogging, which I have filmed part of already, but I'm trying to come up with something fun/interesting to make up for how cringey me talking into a camera is

-the logan paul suicide forest thing

-Ingrid Goes West, which I want to watch and try to incorporate because I've been told it's appropriate

The Disaster Artist review should be up really soon. I recorded the VO in December but didn't want to hit y'all with three reviews in a month.

I changed what I "make" on here to "videos" rather than "video essays" to give myself a little more leeway.

I think I'm also doing an essay on the tide pod meme? I have four pages written on it and am trying to keep the script (relatively) short, so 4-5 total hopefully, which would probably translate into a 15 minute essay. Little kids and dementia patients die from eating laundry pods so it's an intersection of death, mental illness/disease, online culture, and virality, and I find it really interesting even if it's already really overplayed and annoying as a meme.

I was also interviewed about being a non-dude video essayist! None of the stuff I sent in ended up being used but I got permission to publish the Q & A so here it is! And here's the piece it was for.
