Advice for paneling at conventions essay backer early version

I need to redo a couple lines of VO (I'm a little sick or have particularly bad allergies or something, also had mic issues) and probably change the music because I've been leaning heavily on the Tomba! background music lately haha. Also still trying to dig up more old convention photos and videos, though this has a LOT in it. I'm also going to run it by a couple of friends who go to a lot of cons to see if I missed anything/make sure I didn't misrepresent anything.

But here's a ~20 minute instructional/educational-style video about how to become a convention guest/panelist! I feel like a lot of people would do great at cons but are nervous and don't know where to start and felt like this would be a good essay in the midst of stuff like my twitter art or support independent artists videos.
