Listening this morning, heard the guys quoting Horner as saying that RB owed a "duty of care" to Liam, this is usually a legal term of art. One of the things a person has to prove in a Tort claim against someone else is that they were owed a "duty, or a" duty of care". Makes me wonder of Liam was smart and had this language in his contract that ultimately means that RB couldn't fire him immediately and maybe had to give him a fair shake at Racing Bulls. Just wanted to share since the guys didn't mention the legal side.
