Transfer to pixiv is done

If you are new here you might be confused with all my content below with mentions of patreon and even Christmas

Long story short I got ousted from patreon not because I explicitly broke any of their guidelines, but because they found out that my models were made for VAM and made special exception for me.

Pixiv on other hand shoudn't have problem with me given that they are based in Japan and have a fanbase with a flexible moral compass.

While I did spend two years on patreon I didn't feel much love for them, their community guidelines were very restrictive for me and to make matters worse they actively look at what creators post outside of patreon and if they find something outside of their site that they don't like they suspend your account and ask you to remove stuff that's not even on their site.

Surprising thing about fanbox is that they take 10% of your earnings, some of you might think that's a lot, but let me tell you something, fanbox takes 10% and that's all I even tested this. Patreon on other hand might lure you with their 5% take and wait... You want multiple tiers, analytic tools, app intergration and some other cool stuff? that will be 8% of your earnings and wait... you also want team accounts and to provide Merch to your patrons? 12% of your earnings please.

So ok let's say you settled for pro and pay 8% cool right? Not until you get introduced to payment processing and conversion fees that hate small transactions.

To give example for every 3€ transaction they take 3.4% + €0.35 which is 15% of what you got, add patreons 8% and you lost almost a quarter of your earnings.

Now I don't know how fanbox manages to earn money taking only 10% of your earnings when payment processing fee alone could cost them more than that, but either pixiv is bleeding money or they managed to talk the company into lowering payment processing fees and patreon is just really poor negotiator.
