Progress report 0.02 (2)
Added 2018-08-01 03:45:59 +0000 UTCOk, this is where we are at.
This update is a big one. What's been done is the following:
- All writing for 0.02 done!
- Wardrobe UI done and coded!
- Combat for 0.02 -no time bar version- is nearly done, only SFX left
- Patrol scene art done (4 versions)
- Dr. Animo doll and expressions done
- 3 new backgrounds at 50% completion
- Minor art & code fixes
Combat is not an easy thing to add on Ren'py, as you can imagine. Akanoes has been really thorough, making sure the future the fights can be implemented when new enemies and mechanics are introduced.
I've been busy with Shagworthy's Legacy but still, I've managed to write a lot of game design for combat, the script for 0.02, added a new character to the roster, and worked on 3 new BG's.
We still have work to do, but as you can see, we aren't stopping any time soon! :)

Genuinely excited for this game. Although I am glad that I only really found it recently, considering that it has been a year since the last update.

2018-08-01 16:04:34 +0000 UTCI don't know how long the coding will take, but as for my work, all the art and script for the NG version is done, save for the options UI. That's the Newgrounds version though. Once that is released, there are plans for a small continuation for patrons.
