Humans, elves, dwarves, gnomes, all of whom wield the power of classes, roles granted to us by the omnipotent Codex, to conjure forth immense power through the use of skills and mastery. Monsters, however, harness the power of evolution, tapping into the very well of chaos to reach a higher existence. What, or who created the Enlightened and the Monsters? There are many theories to this, be it the codex, or the ancient gods. The most recognized truth is that the Enlightened are a product of the Infernal Lords and the Heavenly Judges, the two pantheons of old governing the qualities of the sapient, of the Enlightened. Whereas Monsters are a product of the Chaos gods, hailed by their arrival or awakening. Then it remains to speculate, who did the gods of Void create? Or did they simply... annihilate?"
