September update

First of all, this week there were some updates to the RE1 and RE4 randos. I'll leave the links below.
RE1-> Randomizer - V1.61 file - Mod DB
This includes an improved Hard mode for both scenarios.
RE4-> RE4 Enemy/Merchant Randomizer mod for Resident Evil 4 - Mod DB
This includes minor bug fixes.
Btw, I know that I wasn't very active this days. I didn't post anything here because I started to lose motivation for no reason and it was hard to sit and get things done, but fortunately things are going better now.
