2024-02-20 02:49:31 +0000 UTCThere’s something about line art. Especially when it’s from an artist who usually shows their finished work. It’s so appealing to me. Beautiful even. Obviously I love the finished works, of course. It’s just that seeing things like this — sketches, line art without color, etc. — it taps into my love of creation as whole. It’s when I remember that I don’t just love the pretty finished product. I’m in love with the art of creating PERIOD. I think it’s also because it’s that little peek behind the curtain that reminds you: no matter how incredible an artist is, they gotta go through the process just like everyone else to get to the end goal. And I just think that’s neat.
