Final Polishes for Re-Release Part 5
Added 2022-03-04 05:52:21 +0000 UTCDevpost today is short as I'd like to keep the launch surprises, surprises. However there were some tweaks and improvements I can show off.
Besides mostly focusing on bugfixing, polishing, and physics item handling, I made sure that characters can use the knife. As well as players.
By giving characters the knife and a chicken, they will butcher the chicken themselves to get chicken legs.

I am mostly focusing on giving v0.9 a gameplay backbone for release. It's fine that it's a sandbox game but there should be a core aspect of the game that focuses on something. The older releases had the TODO achievement list. I will be copying that and doing something similar.
Along with YouTube video. I'm thinking of putting the Viva channel on another video hosting site. YouTube is just kind of dated as a video service platform and doesn't have a good reputation for content creators anymore. There are some alternatives available:
- Rumble
- Odyssey
- DailyMotion

Oh yeah, typical YT bs. The copyright system especially is so strict it's outrageous. Remember one time I wanted to upload a video I was editing for hours. Was very proud of it and wanted to share it with my friends but YT banned it for 5 sec of copyrighted music. First time I was pissed but then it happened again and again I've become so dissatisfied I never tried to upload anything again. You just can't win with them...
