Continuing Gestures and Bugfixing

Recently I've been crunching and cleaning up code as well as doing a few random improvements here and there.

There is now a new gesture for waving which will be used to simply make Shinobu wave back at you as demonstrated below:

Shinobu will wave with her right or left hand depending on which is available and not being used. Thanks to Astral Complex for this simple fun suggestion.

I'm also almost done with the underwater shader but I ran into some technical limitations. Namely a rendering glitch caused when I used my post processing pipeline. Yet to sort it out:

However, underwater will have fog, new sandy floor textures, color correction, and some water distortion to simulate being underwater. Like so:

I would like to have some behaviors for Shinobu when she is in the water such as swimming and sunbathing. But that's a discussion for maybe after v0.3 or maybe even v0.4. v0.3 I do want to include some new cute outfits.

I am in the process of building the next extra early beta v0.3c which will include everything completed thus far. The full v0.3 is roughly 1 month away (1/13/19) and will be released just like the other versions for free. The music composer I hired will hopefully provide music for this release.
