Polishes, Bugfixing, and Improvements

I am gearing up to the release of v0.3. I have recently improved lots of the currently existing features of the game.

To start off, watching somebody else play v0.2 made me realize how horrible the instructions were. So I have spent time introducing a short tutorial along with an overhauled look for the HUD system:

There will be more checklist items that I will be adding before the release to make sure the player explores all the new objects and behaviors of v0.3. The HUD will now render over everything and is now in world space for VR. This is much better on the eyes for the VR player. Additionally I have included in-game instructions for the VR controls:

There is also new controls for trackpad and keyboard users. Holding Shift or pressing the trackpad/joystick will make the player run instead of walk. Additionally, the direction of movement with the trackpad will only change if the player moves his thumb on the trackpad, not head rotation. This means the player can now maintain movement direction and look around at the same time. This is great for holding hands with Shinobu and looking around at the same time.

The environment has been expanded and has new normal maps, a skybox, lighting touches, and particle systems. Also I made LOD meshes for all props. I won't show it off entirely to keep it a surprise for launch day but here's a small teaser:

I did a LOT of bugfixing for Shinobu including small overhauls of her logic so she remains consistent and bug free. Her walking logic won't make her circle around random places anymore:

(still need to fix a slight stuttering). Also, her skirt won't clip into her as much anymore and should be a lot less glitchy:

These last few days I'm going to be stress testing and making sure everything is working properly. Thanks to "adamsamoth" for providing a short list of bugs for the handholding from the beta v0.3d. I got them all.

Also I have reached enough monthly funds to start looking for a voice actress and a sound FX guy. Will start looking into it after v0.3 launch. Thank you for your support.
