Player Realistic Grabbing, New Music, and Approaching v0.3 Release
Added 2019-01-10 10:53:44 +0000 UTCThis will be the last devpost before I release the long awaited v0.3. The past few days I've been hammering out a ton of bugs and even going as far as doing some major reworks to her IK permissions (for holding), despite saying I was going to avoid doing so.
The player will now grab onto objects in a better more realistic way like Shinobu. This feels very good in VR and feels more immersive. Video:

I also received the 2nd full revision of the indoor theme for the game. Unfortunately there won't be any sound in the game besides this indoor theme, but it's really comfy music. Music paid with the hard earned Patreon donations (mostly out of my pocket).
Shinobu's "backend" for interaction is a lot more robust and complex now, is far less buggy, and has a better groundwork for interruption behaviors if I add any down the road in v0.4. You can now handhold while teasing her with a donut, headpat her while making her angry, etc. Short video of me debugging:

I have a couple bugs left to fix before I start to wrap up this release. It's gonna be really fun. Stay tuned for the release which should happen at around 2AM PST Sunday.

oh wow yeah definitely try out v0.3. The very first one pales in comparison.

Love the kind of interactivity you're implementing to this game. I wish more devs would focus on these creative ways to control the game (like gestures). Keep up the good work!
