My poor computer is feeling sick :(

As the title says, my computer has got a cold and needs to be checked up! The way my computer got sick is pretty frustrating. To put it simply, Windows Updates broke my computer. My CPUs aren't being fully utilized so everything is very slow. To make matters worse, it occasionally shuts down unexpectedly causing me to lose work.
Don't you love it when you're forced to download Windows Updates and it just so happens to break your computer? 😃 Anyway... enough of that.
I will have to take some time to address this issue. Hopefully I can find a solution to my problem that doesn't involve re-installing Windows. Backup and restoring files and applications is a huge pain in the ass, especially at a much slower rate.
