Future for Monzel

All of my dates have gone out the window and there are still things that need to be addressed.

GLP5 - GLP5 is on a quick pause. I got a new computer but my old one has all of the GLP5 files (yes, I was sleep-deprived) and is currently in the workshop. After that comes, I need to transfer files which I've found is a huge pain in the ass. So, maybe a 5 day pause then release next month.

After GLP5 - After GLP5 has been released, I will be on a long break (maybe 6 months+). This is not due to burnout but due to what I've just witnessed plus the state of which America is in. I want to help fix the shithole we are in but I need to be more active, because just being a twitter egg ain't gonna save this planet. It may also be due to how incredibly furious I am. I will be sad because I had plans for another awesome halloween freebie.

Patron - For the next two months (August and September), payments will be paused (meaning, you will not be charged a penny). However, after those two months, if you wish to continue being a patron, you may not receive any content until the 6 months I've planned.

My new computer - Honestly, I'm pretty disappointed because of how much I paid. My new computer specs for those who are nerdy:

• RTX 3090 24 GB, 
• 3 TB NVMe SSD, 
• AMD Ryzen 9 5900X 12-Core 3.7 base up to 4.8 Ghz, 
• 64 GB DDR4 3200MHz RAM

I paid $2000 for the RTX 3090 and now that shit is being sold at less than $1000 😭. I could've gotten two GPUs, or CPUs. Thank goodness I didn't, that RTX 3090 puts out some fucking heat and draws a lot of power.

My old setup was:

• RTX 2060 6 GB,
• 2 TB HDD
• Intel Core i7 6 core up to 4.1 Ghz (or something like that, I don't have the CPU)
• 16 GB RAM

Yeah, the difference is huge.

Website - I was gonna announce the new website, but I need to update it since I haven't touched it in three months. Basically, you can buy the comics at a discounted price through Bitcoin, Ethereum, Dogecoin (basically through Coinbase). Companies such as PayPal, Patreon, DeviantArt have been making plans to make it harder for us to earn money and sell & share our artwork. This will help out a bit for now. 

This month will be pretty active compared to my previous ghost months.
