Not so daily! What's going on, Hazel!?

Hi! Yeah, I've made a post like this before. But, I wanted to bring attention to it again!

I'm sure you may have noticed my daily drawings have been less frequent.

To quell any worries, no I'm not stopping them, and I'm certainly not less productive at all either.

Putting it simply. I take a lot of animated YCHs. And it's very important for my expenses that I get them done in a timely manner. As a result, I've dedicated a lot of my time and energy to doing that first. Patreon's payout is, more like a tip jar for me. And my paid animated work is what actually pays the rent and puts food on the table!

But my daily drawings are a significant teacher for me. The reason I do them is to force myself to practice a little bit every day.

But, if I don't have the energy for them, it just burns me out to try. Sometimes I need a rest, and with how hard I've been at work with animations, I've needed to take that rest a little more often!

I want to do more daily drawings, buuut if I'm not fed or housed, well. None at all happen! And. They just stop being fun! So. In the meantime, may have to due with less frequent DDs over, none at all!

So, that's the update! It makes me sad any day I don't do a DD, but I'm trying to be kind to myself and say it's ok if I don't, instead of beating myself up. ^^ So I appreciate you all's patience with me, aaaand I hope that one dollar a month subscription justifies being a bit lenient with me as well.
