In da club

Let's give our Alissa a chance to really strut her stuff in the club. A choice of outfits for this one which sets the scene down two different paths. Also my first experiment in using AI for a background image, worked out pretty good I think. Basically it's damn near impossible to make DAZ images with lots of people in the background. So I've tried AI for the club background, gives plenty of low res background people to set the scene. Let me know what you think.

Yeah that's certainly one of them, but that's not too different with how I render a lot of DAZ scenes already, render the background first, then separately render the characters and what they're interacting with on top. Allows me to re use the background images without rendering them over and over again.

Yeah the time saved would definitely warrant more uses, but I imagine it comes with it's cons as well. Would one of the cons be that the characters aren't actually part of the scene? (Like they are simply placed on top, no interaction at all with props such as tables, stools, ECT?

Totally fair, this is absolutely the correct usage for this sort of tech. You're working with limited ressources and certain software constraints, it makes sense. Honestly the thing that worries me the most is that I wouldn't have known it was AI if you hadn't said anything, freaky!

I'm not a fan of AI either, I'll only use it for the occasional background image that I can't do in Daz.

For comparison the Daz background I used for the pizza feeding image took about half an hour to render. And that had no other characters at all. To get that many people onto a dance floor in Daz and render it would have taken me a couple hours. The AI image took about 10 minutes of trail and error to get something good enough.

Looking good!

UP IN THE CLUB (Not a fan at all of AI stuff, but this is one of those cases where its use makes sense, what with DAZ's limitations)

The background is pretty good, definitely serves the purpose nicely. How much effort/time did it save?
