My mental fatigue is massively reduced now, big thanks for the kind messages. Some people concerned that i should not overwork. Thanks for the concern but... i'm really okay facing this problem. For me it's about learning myself more. I'm currently trying to learn bunch of stuffs about myself, how to make myself ready to make art consistently. Do i do 10 or 30 pushups before making art? Do i eat large breakfast or small breakfast before work? If i drink hot tea compared to iced tea while working, what do i feel? Is it ok to sleep 4-5 hours..? and more stuffs.. i'm making notes about all these.. So in conclusion, i'm not ready to handle the art journey that i want, but i'm learning.. ^^
