Thank you very much for your two interventions, Aenami and AnErrantRake. With your addition I understood that the problem was the delay between the announcement and the sending of the artwork and not that I have to ask every time. The delay seemed so long that my impatience won and I ask to know the current status. Aenami I understand your point of view about the fact that a artwork takes time but it is true that it was not clear to me that when the announcement was made the work on the artwork was not finished. I saw your message indicating changes and I thank you for that. I will continue to support you, your work is so beautiful, continue to amaze us.

I don't fully understand the model Aenami's using, but I've been a supporter almost two years and have never had to ask for a reward. They don't arrive on a consistent timeline after the announcement, but (so far, including this reward) they have always arrived. Even when someone didn't (publicly) post about not getting it. I'd imagine it's a bit confusing since she announces the reward with what looks like a completed image then doesn't send anything out immediately and has even changed the artwork after the charges went through, but that's not the issue you seem to be professing. I'm not bothered by this model (I buy the art I'm interested in separately, and view this as what it is on its face - a very low cost of entry approach to art patronage), but I can definitely see how it might bother others. I don't know if you're having a different experience or you're just expecting not to be charged until the art is complete and ready for distribution (reasonable), I just wanted to provide my experience so you can compare it to yours.

I send artworks automatically - when they are finished. Yes, often I suddenly feel like I want to make corrections to massive improve the art and it can take months - this is completely my fault, I will try to upload only fully finished artworks.

You have missed the point, the point is that you don't automatically send your work to your supporters, you wait until you are asked. I don't want to remember to check patreon every time a new CREATION comes in because I feel like I've already paid for it (as my bank account shows me the artwork 023 was paid on August 1, 2021 and I still have nothing on September 7, 2021), you need to do the work of making a list of your clients and sending it to us without any need to ask every time. Your artworks are very beautiful and you have a huge talent but I think you lack professionalism in your business.

Hello, I paid for this artwork but it's the second time I got nothing, I think it's a shame to have to ask each time to get the artwork you paid for, make a list of the emails of your supporters and send your artwork to all of them when there is a new one.
